Materials

many difficult-to-process materials in the biomedical, semiconductor microelectronics, aerospace and other industries provide a full range of extreme (extremely high precision, extremely small size, extremely large quantity, extremely fast efficiency) processing.

Ceramics

Unlike ordinary ceramics such as cups or bowls, industrial advanced ceramics have higher raw material purity and special properties-high hardness, heat resistance, insulation and thermal conductivity. These hard but fragile materials are widely used in electronics, semiconductors, new energy and aerospace fields, and are extremely difficult to process. Our femtosecond laser technology breaks this barrier and provides high-precision micromachining services.
